Request authenticated, cryopreserved microbial isolates from the AHMB collection for your research or commercial program.
The AHMB holds a growing collection of authenticated microbial isolates derived from the human microbiome. All isolates are quality-controlled and supplied with a Certificate of Analysis and Product Information Sheet. Access is available to researchers and industry partners worldwide.

Send us your samples and we will isolate, characterise and return authenticated bacterial strains and a comprehensive data report.
Developed at the Centre for Microbiome Research (CMR) at QUT, our High-Throughput Cultivation Platform is available as a fee-for-service offering. We work with samples from any human body site — including raw material, swabs, biopsies and tissue samples.
